So I guess TVR is the next man up? Is Kempney actually "rehabbing" something or just getting sent to the minors cause he's not NHL caliber at the moment?

I assume it's a combination of rehab / reconditioning and a salary slide dump of just over $1 million, if I remember correctly. There's a max amount you can dump sending someone down.
