yep, not an encouraging outlook for postseason play, or the opening night goon fest that the Rags appeare to want.
We can only hope management is still trying to move a contract like Kuzy or Carlson. Moving any less money wise is a waste of time IMO.

If they were gonna move Kuzy (no chance on Carlson) they'd of done it already.. Maybe once the season starts and a team has a LTIR injury or something, but that's about the only chance, imo. I doubt they even want to move him. Him and Nicky (and Carlson) are Ovi's only shot at the record and that's probably as important or maybe even more so, to management, then getting another cup.

I read somewhere TNT will broadcast the season opener, but won't they block that locally?
Do we have a "local" or regional broadcast network yet?

just a guess at this point, but I don't see the local coverage changing. There's been no reports of Lacher, Joe, Brent, Guido, ect, looking for new jobs

So....NBCSN is going to cover the games....I thought Turner and ESPN bought the NHL rights, but we are stuck with NBCSN?

I can't get NBCSN :'(
So I googled and read NBCSN is shutting down and USA network will pick up NHL coverage. Still don't know what that means for "local" coverage? :huh:
I am HOPING it's some sort of USA Network that my friggin Dish programming will actually have an option for.
