I'm sure they knew exactly what happened but didn't want to give Boston another penalty.
Refs are definitely influencing this game. It is very obvious.

Why is there a penalty call on Hags....they bumped shoulder and both fell down. He did not plant the guy into the boards. It wasn't even a real check and it the Bruin FELL to the ice and slammed into the boards and Hags fell with him.
Do they Watch the play or just the players' reactions?
