The ref calling that a goal originally is more evidence that NHL officials need better training. If the official isn't absolutely sure the puck crossed the line then he is supposed to wave it off. A product of video replay. They know they don't have to get it right because replay will fix their mistake.

that hit didn't cross any line that isn't crossed by 40 other players on weekly basis,
if Willy had pulled the guys hair Willy would've gotten 10 games instead of just the CBA permitted maximum fine
