I expected the Rags to come out fighting this game, but I wasn't execting them to have quite such a hard on for Willy.......

I wouldn't put all of that on Wilson. The Rangers won the faceoff cleanly and none of the Caps picked up a man.
Jensen lined up on the left boards and then chased Buchnevich to the middle of the ice. The defenceman that got the puck off the draw went right to the spot that Jensen had just left. That was where the problem was. No one picked him up.
Another issue is that Kuzy lost that faceoff so cleanly. Gotta do better on faceoffs than that. Atleast make the other team earn possession.

I'll take another look at that goal later. Maybe we can get a better look at it. But I think what happened is that the Rangers won the faceoff cleanly to the right defenceman and Tom Wilson went out to cover the pass across to the other defenceman. I think Wilson took the right guy and it looked like it was his fault because he was late getting back. I think it should have been someone else's man.
