     They treat that play the same as an icing call. Meaning no line change and no tv timeout.
     I think the linesman blew the call though. Pretty sure Dillon touched that puck.

It's because vanecek didn't play the puck, if a "shot" is taken on the other side centre and the goalie covers it. You are unable to change your players for the ensuing faceoff.
