GDT #9 Capitals vs Bruins January 30 @ 7pm

Chaos43:
I love the 2 points but I don't think the Bruins deserved a point in this game.

Chaos43:
Not sure if anyone here noticed that Vrana was obviously in the doghouse even before he took the high sticking penalty. He lost a couple of shifts to Shear in the 3rd period.

He definitely impeded Haglin, while holding half a stick. I'd call it ticky tack if they called it on us though, but the blatant non call trip and hold we get called for every game is getting old. I don't know the stats, but it feels like we get double the penalties just about every game.

Mickstix:
Orlov makes 2x the money he should. That's really my only problem with him.

Kuzy is, well, lazy. Lavi seems like a coach who may not tolerate that very long? We'll see.

Sammy? No idea what everyone's beef with him is..

He definitely impeded Hagelin on the play while holding a broken stick. It doesn't matter if you would call it a ticky tack call. That is an automatic penalty. You can not make a hockey play with a broken stick.
The trip should have been but I think if it was called they would given Hathaway an embellishment penalty.
