Agreed. He has speed and some skill but he doesn't really forecheck or backcheck. He doesn't go into the corners. He loses every puck battle. He is always the last guy back in his end and the first to leave the D zone. Not to mention he might be the softest player in the league. Definitely our softest player.

Was really hoping for a shut out for Van the Man. That would have put paid to Sammy, methinks, at least as our starter.
