So...the premise is supposedly to reduce concussions.  I want to know of the 323 fights in the league....how many of those resulted in concussions...FROM THE ACTUAL FIGHT?


AND more importantly, by eliminating fighting (or punishing those who fight) and REDUCING the number of fights....how many MORE concussions will be added because there is no Whoop-ass response from the team's tough guys for questionable hits (which lead to concussions)?

Next they're going to demand that all players be awarded with participation trophies and receive ice cream after the end of each game, win or lose, in order to receive pandemic relief funds.
