So the off-sides rule is basically as long as one skate is not completely across the blue line, they are on side even if the rear skate is in the air?
So the only change is that the rear skate does not have to be on the ice?
This should make Cindy happy....in case he floats across the line doing one of his reverse double humpback camel toe moves :raspberry:

That's how I read it.. Skate doesn't have to be ON the ice any longer.
