Well...they did it....


The Nats managed to lose 7 in a row and 9/10 to land in the cellar of the division.


Also helped the Braves stretch their division lead.


Way to go Nats!   :)

The Nats actually won a game.


The Orioles...oh fah.  With the loss today made it 15 in a row (losses)


Yesterday was the 14th losss in a row (yes, advance math there).... for the second time this season  (last performed by an MLB team in like 1936)


Think maybe Baltimore should run over to Williamsport, PA and maybe try and beat one of the Little league World series teams of 10-12 year olds.

Actually the way I read it was this money will up the value of teams allowing for the cap to go higher so the players can make more...


BUT... I'm not an accountant or lawyer by any means, so alot of verbage could've been misinterpreted  :huh:

Well...they DID win three in a row.  Beat the 1st place (NLC) Brewers for the 1st time this year.


Nice pitching by Corbin and timely hits by some young guys (and of course...Soto)

technically yes, the cap is directly tied to league revenue. But I seriously doubt revenue from jersey adverts makes a difference in the cap.
