Is this true?

1pm meeting...

alta:
the media has this strain of flu blown all out of proportion, it's fukin ridiculous, and its intended to make this administration look bad. All indications are this particular strain had been in circulation for at least a couple months before it was identified. There are 36 deaths in the U.S. so far from this flu, 26 from one nursing home in Seattle. When the N1H1 flu hit the U.S., there were just about 1000 deaths directly attributed to it before the obama administration took any actions, odd how the DNC run press doesn't mention that nor treated that administration the way it's treating this one. The CDC says about 30,000 people die every year in this country just from the normal seasonal flu. Step back, breath, and have a drink.

Right on Bro.  This is a total overreaction.  We had 7,000-13,000 H1N1 deaths in 2009 according to the CDC and nobody suspended anything.  50 million people were infected in the US alone.  We've had 1,300 cases and 39 deaths.  That's it.  Plus, as you mentioned, 30,000+ die from flu yearly.  218,000 have died from opioid overdoses since 1990.  Where's the panic there?
