Nothing more to report. Day to day with upper body. Not on the ice this morning. I imagine that (day to day) means he didn't break a collar bone or dislocate a shoulder?
Now to call up Stevenson.. Oh, wait.  :smirk:  Can Boyd or Dowd play center? Team is about an inch deep.. lol

But your damn right, lack of organizational depth, and almost more importantly, lack of players that can, will, or be made to play something other than their “natural position”, will be a MAJOR detriment sooner rather than never.


Also, how the fuck did Birdy get hurt on that?  It wasn’t a Konstenitov, Stevens, or Chara-sequel hit.  He clearly needs to man/muscle up more if that’s all it’s gonna take to hurt him

That's why I figure he's not all that hurt.. He'd of probably just laid there crying if he thought he was really hurt.. Least it'll give a look at someone new playing center. Think things are bad now, they're gonna be in double deep shit if the injury bug strikes.

Sounds like he's "almost" ready.. Read that he was one of the 1st on the ice this morning, wearing a regular jersey.. But didn't take 1st line rushs' so looks like he'll be out tonight vs Az.
