watching Don Kirshner for a decade before mtv definitely helped
when I was in high school, the vast majority of parties centered on Miami vice and letterman on Fridays, then the midnight concerts on Saturdays...

I thought we dominated for most of the first two periods, in spite of the score in the first. Now, not so muchh.
