Satellite was great over there. I was able to get a bunch of European satellites and watch all the Formula One races, practices, and qualifying. I also did not have to pay that stupid TV tax in the U.K.. They (TV tax enforcers) came to my door one day and wanted to see inside my house. I told them I had no TV and that they were not getting in my house. They pressed it for a year and I pressed back, until I moved away. They argued that I had a dish in my yard and therefore must have a TV. I never watched the BBC anyway, and I wasn't about to allow myself to be extorted for $200/year.
