I watched it back again. Right after Leipsic leveled Grant, Grant got up and grabbed Hathaway around the neck. Hathaway just leveled him over and over. Still did not see a match penalty worthy anything.  Refs were holding Hathaway while Gudbranson was pounding him in the head, so Hathaway was trying to fight back. Refs deserve a match penalty IMO.
