I know we bash on Reirden, but IMO he and his team have added a wonderful swarming ability to the Caps as well as getting them in tight and playing for "dirty" goals.  I think it's a big improvement that Trotz never seemed to be able to pull off. It helps that our new guys are fast and battle hard. Overall I am seeing incredibly good positioning by each and every player and they make these decisions at blinding speed.

So props too Reirden and company.

And with those skills I mentioned we get another gritty goal.

Sometimes, like on that Rags goal, you just have to give props to them for a great play.
