This game is exhibit 1 and 1A of piss poor fucking reffing in this godforsaken league where all they do is ref the score and try to even up the game. Carolina committed 3 OBVIOUS penalties off the puck, throwing Caps to the ice for interference with no call. They they don't give goalie interference when he CLEARLY sideswiped Holts in the crease and then call a penalty on Ovie. Was it a penalty -- probably. But, when you ignore 3 from them you should just put your whistle away and not make ANY FUCKING calls.
