I hate the whole concept of makeup calls based solely on number of penalties. On;ly reason for a makeup call is if the refs fucked up and made a bad call.

I would also like to see a hell of a lot more embellishment calls, even if no penalty is called on the other team.  So many pussy divers in the Metro division.
