Give those 2 points back!! Still not understanding the type of game they're trying to play.. We had the lead and Orlov and Kempny on separate occasions are caught deep in the offensive zone and/or behind their net? Putting a lot of responsibility on forwards not known for much defense.. Just way too risky for my liking.. I didn't see this when they were playing well, but maybe I wasn't really looking? Aaaaanyway… Put those 2 points in the bank and hope they earn interest..

I said offside as soon as we scored. Stream here so no rewind and the stream never really showed it. But Oshie definitely looked offside.. No clue why they wouldn't challenge, even if it was blatant ONside.. A minute to go, gather your team for a pow wow during the timeout?? Whatever, we got the points and they aint giving em' back.. :snicker:

I agree there are a lot of question marks, Mick, but that's a bit harsh I think. For being off over a week and down Ovie and short a main in Eller I thought they played hard, had good speed, and held Calgary down for good stretches. They need to get a LOT better to be where they want, but it wasn't THAT bad.

What's harsh? Effort looked fine, it's our defenders behind the opposing net with us up a goal, with 10 miutes left that Im worried about.. Don't think they looked bad, just the strategy is a head scratcher imo.. It's like Rierden was the defensive coach and now that he's the head coach they have the zamboni driver coaching D.. :snicker:

Oshie tried to get back, but never even reached the blue line. Missed it by 5-6 inches. Even if he had gotten back it was too late because Kuzy was already in. When we scored I would have bet a years salary that the goal was not going to stand. I saw their coach looking down at the monitor right after the goal. I'm sure he will want that one back. Too bad!! That's a baffler!
