Well, we almost made it 10 minutes w/o giving up a goal.. Bummer Carlson only had about 5 minutes to clear the puck but insisted on throwing it into a Leaf instantly..  :poop:

We are making WAY too many mistakes on defense to win against good teams (or bad ones -- see Chicago).  AS break is coming at the right time.  Perhaps a week to 10 days of rest will be what this team needs to recharge its battery and make a run down the stretch.  After watching last season as frustrated as I am I'm not going to give up hope on this team. Too much talent and rather than making a big trade at the deadline, perhaps a few lobotomies are in order?  If Kuzy came back from the break and had lost the stupid dangle, for example...
