Hi Lil.
So far the Islanders have been trying harder than the Caps. Their hustle is impressive. Trotz seems to have them giving 100%, something that took him a long time to achieve here.

They haven't done the Barry Trotz one yet. I'll post a link if I find the Orpik on online sometime.
