So far the Islanders have been trying harder than the Caps. Their hustle is impressive. Trotz seems to have them giving 100%, something that took him a long time to achieve here.

Sorry, this isn't playoff caliber hockey.. Not sure we'll even have to worry with the 1st round if Rierden can't get his group playing better. We've been playing on our heels for what seems like a month now.  :poop:

JoeB said they were going to do the Barry tribute at the 1st tv time out. (1st period) and when they came back from commerical they were applauding and showing Trotz on the bench.. So I "think" it's already been done.
