Click on this icon on the far left under the Bold button and then just paste in the URL of the image.
It appears you had accidentally appended the image URL to the default "http://" that comes up in that box instead of overwriting the entire URL.

Back in the early `80s I used to really mess with staff at the World Bank. I started out running trouble tickets out of the IMF/World Bank computer room. When a staff member called with a problem the first question I would often ask them is if they had checked the "O" "N" "O" "F" "F switch. They were like "Huh!" Oddly, this was commonly the problem. You're not alone Lil. I still deal with many people that have trouble with the basics.
I am always happy to try and HELP.
