Once again the Caps are playing down to their competition. The Blues are tied with Ottawa for the fewest points in the league. Caps have to play better. Can’t lose to this team. It would have been nice if Wilson could have coverted on one of his short handed chances.

The Caps aren't playing as well as their record indicates. They have been playing alot of bottom teams during their hot streak. And they have had very few games in which they were clearly the better team.

I think we've clearly been the better team about 90% of the time.. This shit tonight just looks clumsy, imo.

You have been watching different games then. We have been either outplayed or the game was fairly evenly played in the majority of games this season. Very few games we have been dominant. We have won a fair amount of games that we were outplayed in.

The refs never stop play for our guys when they go down, but often do for opponents. Not that it's a rule or anything, but the bias in this area is obvious.
