HOLY SHIT I JUST SAW THAT FIGHT!!!!


That was perfect to attack a taller enemy, ambush and go forr quick and heavy damage.  Maybe the  best fight of his career


Olesniak is one of the best though,he’s gonna need to keep avoiding tying up and inflict more damage next time

I really enjoyed that first period.  Strong board battles with the edge there going to the Caps IMO. Very physical. As expected.
The KO of Oleksiak by Wilson was just perfect after the NBC fight instigation.

Just watched that fight again, Willie under his reach to surprise him with punches to the back of the head  with a cut and knockout

Holy shiite!  Just caught the game on tape.   Does anyone remember Pittsburgh GM Jim Rutherford calling out Wilson last year saying he "ran away from Oleksiak" in game 3 of the playoffs last year? 


“When Jamie challenged Wilson, he couldn’t run quick enough to get away from him,” Rutherford told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette during an interview on a variety of topics Monday morning, adding that having Reaves would’ve “offset” Wilson’s physical play.

This game is all hat and no cattle.  We need better sustained pressure in the offensive zone.  Its all helter skelter and nothing coordinated and sustained.

Honestly, we look like 3 day rust to me. Little adrenalin push at the start, but since the 2nd penalty we took we've just looked so so.
