I mean, the last goal we gave up that wasn't an ENG was soft on Holts but you can't fault him for that. We should of won that game, we only showed character in bursts as Vegas attempted to play a shut up and hit hockey game. We matched, for stretches, but when we didn't it mattered. And when we needed to make them pay on the PP our boys simply didn't work for it. Playing set up and pass around instead of pushing to the net.
This loss could certainly be a bigger deal than just an L. We'll have to see. Response is needed next game, for sure. Like a hard character game time.
