Grubauer is starting for the A's.  Varlamov is his backup.


Copley is starting again because Holtby is injured, and Samsanov has been called up to be the backup.


For the past 10 years the Caps have been blessed with a succession of successful goalies developed in-house, including both high and lower draft choices:  Varlamov, Neuvirth, Holtby, Grubauer, Copley (very SSS), and hopefully Samsanov to continue the series in the future.  All except Neuvirth are somehow involved with the game tonight.
