😂🤣😂
I used up all my Pull n Pray free passes during that time!
The luck ran out with my first wife! She was the 3rd, out of 10 children, from a big Italian catholic family! I should’ve read the tea leaves, beforehand, that she was a “Fertile Myrtle”!
We had FOUR children, using that ol’ reliable Pull n Pray method!😂🤣😂
Would’ve had FIVE, but I guess we prayed REAL HARD!!😆😂🤣 (Thank you Lord!)

I went to Stuart.
That's not the weird part.
Louie's Rock City/The Place Where Louie Dwells, do you recall a Chinese restaurant next door to them? Dragon Palace.
That was my parents' place, I basically grew up there. Before Louie's, it was a Giant.

WOW, Barf!!👍👍 THATS COOL!!
I Definitely remember your parents restaurant! Dragon Palace
Didn’t it have some kind of cool, decorative, Asian sign out front, that was fairly unique for the times?
I can’t remember for sure, but I think our band, and a band named “Sinbad”, may have eaten there together, once in the early evening.
I believe we were a doubleheader act that night, but had to have our sound checks, 100% final out, by like 5:30pm! And I think we all had dinner together at Dragon Palace that night!!
Small world!!👍
Sounds like we’ve got a little more material to discuss, as I knew quite a few Stuart people!

New wave, and Punk rock were just in their infancy, and had not yet obliterated the disco scene in Georgetown, Wash. DC.
Played in a few battle of the bands contests, also during that time, at Louie’s rock city in Falls Church, for any of you old folks that still remember!
Luck to never get those GW catholic girls preggo!! WHEW, dodged a bullet there!!

I "dated" a few girls from O'Connell and Paul VI, something about those catholic school girls that makes them wear crotchless pantyhose under their school uniform skirts,

LMAO!!👍
So true Alta!
I don’t know if you’re a fan, but Frank Zappa paid great homage to to “Catholic Girls”, with his famous tune!! Always excellent musicianship with Zappa also! Extremely underrated!
