This is the type of hockey I despise. Fucking pond hockey. There are hanging Holtby iut to dry. Niskanen has been especially shitty in this game. I dont understand how people figure he is a shutdown guy because he isn't. Sorry guys but Carlson might be our best defence man at both ends of the ice.
4 Caps:
Caps ran out of gas that period. I hate back to back games unless both teams are playing back to back. Caps have to be exhausted both physically and mentally after all the activities the last few days. Next week they can get back to a regular schedule. I am not going to worry too much about the results in this game.

Agreed - after the emotion of last night and back- back the third could get ugly. Sucks that the NHL did this to the Caps, plus denied us the joy of making Pittsburgh watch us raise the banner like we had to last year.
