Caps Cup Swag from NHL.COM??

Anyone else order Caps Cup swag from nhl.com?? I saw some twitter posts that hats arrived w/o the Caps logo in the center and heard a bunch about orders not shipping on time..


I ordered a hat that they charged me for on the 12th and they've still not shipped it.. I didn't think they were allowed to charge you until shit shipped?  :-\

They've always done that, not just the NHL, but everyone. It's quite quite irritating when you order a $300 sweater and it says expect 4-6 weeks for shipping. The only time I've not been charged for product at time of order is when it was back ordered with no restock date.

4-6 weeks to ship??  (Ō_ƆŎ) I'd be pisssssssssed!!!! I read the fine print from my order and it says it'll ship no later than today.. We'll see..

My {potential gifts could be exposed here} stuff will be coming in waves as some aren’t supposed to ship until Sept.

Yea, I fell for the "Last day of free shipping" (which I didn't even think about entering a code for, so I didn't get) and figured they had the shit they were advertising in stock..  :wackysmile:
