If you use Quick Reply then click on preview to bring up the full editing menu. I find it easier to simply press on the regular "Reply" icon and get the full menu from the start.

Just click on the far left icon on bottom row and paste in URL. Very Easy. Youtubes only require that you paste the URL into the post.
