What a game, it is too good to be true. Really proud of the Caps and the way they played. Holtby with the shutout, Burky with two big goals and Ovie with the first goal. Our blue line was tremendous. If we play against Vegas like we played tonight we will win.

I wish I was in a pub celebrating with you all. Know that I'm with you in spirit. Or at least grape... I didn't buy any pop, in case I jinxed us, so I'll get a bottle tomorrow to celebrate.

Like Alan May is just saying, I've been very relaxed myself about this team's chances. I did not have more than a slight tinge of doubt in this game and usually I would be going nuts from days before until the final horn. I feel that way going into next week too. We can really do this.

What an incredible two performances in games 6 and 7. Hard to believe they played such shut down D. I'm so happy right now.
