I think Tampa lost to Boston the first game. This team will regroup.
Tampa fans disagree with you. Just checking out their board on HF despite the trend of their team not showing up in game 1's, they don't feel this is the same performance as the Boston game. In the Boston game they still showed flashes of offense (all according to them here btw), where as in this one it's pretty much been nothing doing.
I'm not saying they still won't regroup. Only that their fanbase doesn't seem to be in agreement that it's the exact same scenario. A lot of them are far more panicked because they felt that with teams like Boston and NJ they were only having to shut down a line or two at most. That isn't the case with us.
An an aside btw, I do think we have an underrated amount of depth. Some of that is due to some great performances from a few new faces, but also just players stepping up. Forward wise this is huge. Tell me a forward on our roster who hasn't shown up this playoffs? I don't know if there is one. Defensively it's the same thing. Up and down the roster everyone has been playing pretty solid, minus a few moments or mistakes.
