I watched it back. Oshie did not touch anything but his stick, then Dumoulin took a dive and drew the penalty. The Ref was RIGHT THERE, so he had to know the truth of it.

I guess because he has more playoff experience than the next guy up at this point. He could be of some help if someone else is injured or suspended.

Lots of skating but no one really getting close to Murray and when someone does, there aren't enough Caps nearby to help.
