Wilson is the best player on this team - he is doing everything well - scoring, hitting, tempo, PP, PK. He deserves to make the Canada roster but I really could care less.
Leonard looked good last night, that release of his is gonna earn him some goals. He's not all that big, but he certainly tries to throw his weight around.
Chychrun also is impressive. Not just his scoring pace, but he's solid and he skates so well.
Thompson continues to be awesome - but we never gonna let him have a shutout
Congrats Ovi! 900 is crazy. I remember a chat on here years ago contemplating if he could catch Gretzky - nobody thought he would keep the pace he has been on. The stat they showed last night was crazy too...the number of games from 0-300, 301-600, 601-900 were really not that much different. He really hasn't slowed down, although there were a couple short season in there somewhere. Hopefully taking down the big 900 will let up the tension and open the flood gates for a nice batch of goals for him.
And yeah...about goal 3 or 4 I was thinking...SAVE some for tomorrow!
