RIP to Virginia’s own Harold Reid. I briefly saw him and shook his when I was a kid at his favorite restaurant in his hometown of Stanton, hell of a nice man. I also met his and The Statlers lawyer when I toured the Rumania in December, who briefly told me was there in during the infamous recording session with Johnny Cash when they recorded their most know track. . .(by the way, this video performed at The Great Ryman)
