I'll be pissed if they move Mantha but not Pacioretty. No reason his old ass needs to be taking up ice the rest of the way. Scratch him if you have to. If they had any D prospects worth a fuck I'd say do the same with Carlson. Time to scrap any current plans and think future.

Now the team has to make its decision about deadline strategy. A game with Pittsburgh yet before the deadline, but you have to know what you're going to do and start working the phones before deadline day.
I realize that some players' feelings could be hurt and they'll say management isn't supporting them -- but it's time to sell.
