So many times we've been the team that outplayed, out shot, and out chanced the other team only to lose to a "hot goalie".   Nice to have the "hot goalie" for a change.   

Lose 2-1 to the worst team in the league then beat one of the hottest teams 2-1.  The Caps definitely keep it interesting.

I just re-watched the condensed game. M&M&P line had like 5 legit scoring chances.  Ovi and Willy had a couple as well, but M&M line had some great chances...they could have easily had 4 or 5 goals.
Hope they stick together and actually gel.  Neither Mantha or Protas have the greatest hands ever, but if it goes in, it goes in.

IIRC, post game (monumental) stats showed the Kings 1/3 on the PP? Pretty sure they didn't score on a PP and Alta's scoring summary says the same.    I just remember a lucky bounce off the back boards that put the puck on a Kings stick? Anyway, no PP's for us was BS, especially after they called at least 2 of the 3 on us, that were horse shit.


Still hate the offside challenge, but I believe I saw after we reviewed the call and got the turnover, they had to put over a MINUTE of time back on the clock.. lol That shit is nuts.
