Anyways, what I wanted to comment on was Lindy's progression. At the start of the season he was a pretty average back up goalie.
I did mention early on that I preferred his style of goalying to Kuemper's. Quicker, more athletic, more aware, etc., but there really wasn't much to choose between them at the beginning. They both had their flaws and faults, almost polar opposites.
K is the younger of the two, with a CUP ring to his name and Lindy was the career AHL'r.
Somewhere along the line, we seem to have secretly hired Mitch Korn again 8) . I swear I've seen glimpses of Holtby in Lindy's play sometimes.
In spite of his 70's porn star moooostache :snicker: , he's easily been our team MVP, imho.

Black Ice, I have a question for you. Well, it's not just for you, but I figure you're probably most likely to know the answer. ;)
I have mentioned a couple of times now that I think the team always plays better when T J Oshie is about.
Is this statistically true, or is it just my imagination. Which, let's face it, is entirely possible........... :snicker:
