FFS.  The shorty on the major killed them.  FWIW bad tip beat Kuemper on that.
Still...You have to score more than one to win most nights.  Not sure WTH happened to our scoring.
The third goal went off Kuzy, but that is all on Jensen IMO - he put it right up the middle with THREE wings converging in on the slot.  Go back and watch the replay - he had a Caps winger open on both sides at the boards and elected to go up the middle to Kuzy.  Just dumb.
Nice to see Willy scoring.  He has scored in both games back, yes?  Oh wait....he is the ONLY Cap to score in the last two games
Four teams now ahead of Caps for WC spots.  Buffalo 2 pts behind, but 4 games in hand.  Even Ottawa is only 4 pts back and 3 games in hand on Caps.  Caps could be chasing 6 teams ahead of them for a WILDCARD spot :wtf:
When was the last time the Caps did not make the playoffs?
