This mornings practice had no line rushes, instead they worked on the pp.
Dowd is a game time decision. But, if he’s activated someone needs to be sent down to Hershey. That someone is likely to be Protas since he’s waivers exempt.

Protas was sent to Hershey, which means Dowd should be in
richkrt99:
Dowd back will help with the goal scoring drought (especially with Eller on his wing)
How long has Vranna been back with the Wings? Good to see him playing again.
richkrt99:
Caps are chasing Hens, Panthers and the Islanders for a WC spot.
Detroit AND Buffalo could both pass the Caps in the standings with wins tonight.
Oof.
The good news is Detroit is about as anemic as the Caps at scoring goals. Detroit has three less goals on the year than the Caps (but also have played three fewer games)
GO CAPS. We due for some bounces and puck luck and we've got just the right opponent it could happen!
