Nicky may have lost a step, but his hands are still world class.
Mantha is Semin 2.0 - tons of talent without any internal drive at all.  Dude is a waste of a 6'5" frame and $5 million in cap space.
Milano goes 100% all the time.  I'm not sure he knows where he is going sometimes, but he's going wherever he goes in overdrive mode.

100% agree with your Milano assessment.  Pretty much see the same thing.  Looks a little lost out there now and then, but he sure does go there in a hurry.  Hope the Caps don't ruin him.  They don't really seem to get the best out of "young" talented players.
If someone would just tell him "GO TO THE NET as fast as you can and try and put that little black thing past the padded guy standing there in between the red poles into the back of the white twine"....some good shit might happen for him.
